[Free Materials Available] A Professional's Guide to "Three Ways to Choose Nozzles Without Making Mistakes"

Choosing the wrong nozzle can lead to waste of liquid and a decline in quality. A must-see for those considering quality improvement and cost reduction.

We are offering a technical document that explains "How to Choose Nozzles Without Making Mistakes." <Recommended for in-house study and training new employees> We provide a detailed introduction to the key points to consider when selecting nozzles, divided into three main categories: spray patterns, materials, and performance (flow rate, pressure, etc.). [Contents] ■ Spray Patterns ■ Materials of Spray Nozzles ■ Performance ■ Conclusion Specifically, we clearly explain five spray patterns, wear resistance of materials, and examples of factors that affect performance, so please take a moment to read it. [Are you facing any of these issues?] - Liquid is not spraying properly from the nozzle - I don't know the key points for selecting a nozzle - There are too many types of nozzles, and I don't know which one is suitable *For more details, please download the PDF.

Rehila's MEMOSPRAY (Flat Jet Spray Nozzle)

Spray nozzle that can store the installation position in 'memory'.

Typical Issues for Nozzle Users - Errors in fixing the position (angle) of the spray nozzle when replacing a worn nozzle - Tools are required for nozzle replacement - Time loss due to loss during nozzle replacement Previous Issues Ball joint spray nozzles are used in fields such as cleaning, degreasing, phosphating, and painting. To achieve optimal spray effectiveness, appropriate spray direction and angle are required. Especially after replacing the nozzle, the spray direction must be set back to the same position as before. This task consumes a significant amount of labor time. Additionally, if the nozzle's directional position is not correct, it produces low-quality products. Memospray is an essential product for solving this problem. This nozzle allows for installation and removal by simply twisting it with one hand during replacement. Furthermore, as indicated by the name "MEMO," the direction (angle) of the nozzle is fixed by the body.

Spray nozzle "King Nozzle" TYPE-MY

A fine mist with a large flow rate (1L/min) can be obtained at a water pressure of approximately 0.2MPa.

The 【TYPE-MY】 is a metal spray nozzle that produces a large volume of fine mist at low pressures of 0.2 to 0.3 MPa (approximately the pressure of tap water). It contains fine mist particles around 10 µm and relatively larger particles of about 250 µm, so it is not a dry mist. However, in outdoor settings where water wetness is not an issue, it provides cooling through latent heat with a large amount of fine mist, as well as cooling effects from the water splash effect. - In gardens and rooftop gardens: It sprays upward, simultaneously achieving cooling and watering effects for the surrounding atmosphere, as well as visual effects. - On building rooftops: The fine mist and splash effects cool the surrounding rooftop area, provide watering, and contribute to the cooling of the rooftop surface, thereby reducing the building's cooling load. - In sports fields, golf courses, tennis courts, and outdoor pools: A refreshing breeze containing droplets is generated, effectively mitigating heat.
